Court of Shadows
Reviews

A Court of Shadows is a really good sequel to House of Furies.. Louise is trying to find her way now that she knows shes a changeling. Shes also trying to figure out how to get Mary back, and how to get Lee to forgive her for the way she saved his life. Somehow Louisa's biological father has tracked to down at Coldthistle house, and Mr. Morningside makes a deal with her. If Louisa can use her changeling powers to translate a journal, he will let all of her friends out of thier contracts. So she is working extra hard. A lot of things are going on in this book, and I loved all of it. I am looking forward to reading the final book in the series and seeing how it all ends.

I enjoyed the House of Furies but I loved the Court of Shadows. The further development of all the House’s regulars made me more invested in the story. What I loved the most was the addition of other preternatural characters through the machinations of the Court and from Bennu’s journal. I cannot wait to read the next book in this series!!

On we go to the next.
