Neither Poverty Nor Riches A Biblical Theology of Material Possessions
One of the most difficult questions facing Christians today has to do with the proper attitude toward possessions. In wealthy nations, especially those in the West, individuals accumulate much and yet are exposed almost daily to the plight of the poor -- from the homeless men and women on their own city streets to the faces of starving children on their television screens. What action should they take on behalf of the poor? What should they do with their own possessions?
