Okay, so I definitely read the description wrong when I picked this book up because I thought it was gonna be friends to lovers with Lanie and Madison for waaay too long before realizing that wasn’t the case. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed this book. It had just the right amount of cutesy and curiousness. While I grew to love Lanie, the entire book Madison annoyed the crap out of me. But she did so in a “love to hate her” kind of way. Overall, this was a fun and inspiring short read with a nice HEA! 

I fan casted Madison as Reneé Rapp and Lanie as Pauline Chalamet, as well as Lana Condor as Val and Alfred Enoch as Charming (a young Alfred since he is too old now).
