"The Barista Diary" tells the story of the daily life as a barista and store owner. This book shares stories from neighbors, customers, and plenty more from the perspective of Christy. Christy lives alone with her animals and maintains her huge property and business. Throughout the book, Christy shares her struggles with PTSD & OCD. Even with managing unhealthy patterns and thoughts, she's reminded of her strength, and the collective strength of women.
