Arthur the Legend

The legend of the enigmatic Dark Ages hero continues. Arthur has risen to be the Brythonic war leader against the Saxons, but in Book Three he falls captive to his mortal enemies, only to be saved by his future bride, Gwenhwyfar. She tells him that the bravest warrior in Britain will soon present himself at court - a man who will earn his place next to Arthur. In Book Four, Arthur and his entourage are led to the stronghold of the deadly giant Ysbyddaden, father of the beautiful Olen, whom Culhwch wishes to marry.
