About a widower and his gay son. Jeff is in love with a young gardener he met in the local pub, but Greg is wary particularly when he meets dear old Dad. Meanwhile, Dad is developing a relationship with a woman he met through a dating service, but she is put off by Jeff's homosexuality and she pulls away just before he suffers a stroke.
