This one was OK. I did like the ending where you find out what drives the crime boss. Great use of the Shroud of Tourin... but other than that it was just your basic "let's try to kill Harry" sort of story.

2021 is the year of me not supporting authors that disrespect women so .... i'm officially DNF'ing this series. i'm grateful for getting to see murphy but i'm not standing for another man writing about how much women love being in pain and how hurting women is good for them. murphy will live on in my hurt but harry can get a plague

           Another well-plotted & engaging novel by Butcher. Though I don't agree with the profanity and recommend skipping the sex scene, I love how each book is another journey that develops each of the characters & plot line of the whole series. I am learning so much about long-lasting series that I recommend this to those who are studying such things & can handle some of the seedier aspects of detective novels.
