A lovely self-contained bit of neo noir that left me smiling at the end.

This whole run is a masterclass on how to make readers empathise with your characters. Stuff like this is why I fell in love with noir.

This book was a journey from beginning to end. It is the first time I've ever read it, and I am thinking of reading the rest of the series. I enjoyed the story and the characters immensely. I recommend for someone who is looking for a nonsuperhero graphic novel with a compelling story.
