the fact that he called her little one at the same he was sexualizing her ...

The first time I read it I got complete obssesed and gave it five stars right away, but now rereading it and thinking more calmly, I don't think it's worth the same rating anymore. The novel is cute (even got me giggling in some parts) with a simple writing, I particularly like this idea of celebrities with anonymous and the plot itself is really creative and has a lot of potential to be explored, the protagonists have good chemistry and at least for me, the humor of the book worked. But despite all these good things, the negatives seem to weigh more! Apart from the protagonists and the best friend, the other characters are very shallow and don't seem to have much personality, the motivations of a certain character are never explained so her actions seem to kind of lose their meaning — and i'm not even mentioning the ending that doesn't give any outcome for the problem that happened before — and to close with a flourish, there are two scenes that are at least problematic and disappointed me, this type of things should not be normalized, consent always in the first place. I think the story has potential and is fun, but it would need a nice overhaul of certain things.

SUPERIOR TROPES FOR A SUPERIOR BOOK. I have been in such a reading slump and this book dragged me right out of it.

i really wish it was possible to give something 0 stars, that’s how absolutely horrible this was

Sooooooooo—this is actually my first read by Ella Maise and it was not that bad and not that good either. Oh you know the, My Brother Best Friend and My Baby Sister is off limits kinda romance. I actually love The Hero character, he was sweet and loving but The Heroin not so much. Too much self-debate and clueless but overall the storyline is not bad. Oh! And I love Lucy too! So much. If it wasn’t for her boldness, she’s funny, I think I might give it a 2?Who knows but I was rotting for her & Jameson. But I know she’s not going to end up with her. Recommended! :)

Quite frankly, I wasn't expecting to like this book as much as I did. Well, but I did, and I just couldn't put it down. Yeah, yeah, it has some spicy (very graphic) scenes, but what captured me was the characters sense of humour. Oh yes! Some chapters made me laugh so much. WARNING - If you don't like to read explicit sex scenes, then this book isn't for you. If you don't mind, just read the book and have a good laugh.

The romantic in me LOVED this and the EPILOGUE AHHH I couldn't stop smiling at 1am

ONE OF MY FAVES

Olive‘s and Jason‘s story is just as good as Lucy‘s and Adam‘s. I loved that this combines so many amazing tropes, friends to lovers and fake dating. I really liked Olive as a character, she‘s so likeable. Again the only thing I didn‘t like was the dirty talk, but again that‘s just something I personally don‘t like. Other than that I loved the book, it was such an easy and quick read. I can recommend both of these stories and can not wait to read more from this author.

4.5/5

** spoiler alert ** My problem with this kind of books lately is how everything is so slow at the beginning and then so rushed towards the end... I wish it was more even. I can't say I was a fan of Jason or Olive as individuals or as a couple... And honestly? Charlotte was suspicious from the very beginning... It's a quick and easy read but I wish it had something more.

This book is sooo goodd. If you like smutt, read it. If you like true love, read it. This story was heartwarming, funny and the connection between the characters was so well portrayed. Overall i really liked this book!

4.5⭐️ An amazing book. If you like romance I’d recommend this. I loved Olive, Jason and Lucy. However some of Olives friends were very suspicious from the get go. Olives dreams literally came true and watching them fall in love all over again was amazing!
