Breaking Dawn

Lance is more than happy watching his teammates fall in love. He knows he wants love for himself but not at the cost of his career, he's worked too hard to get where he is to throw it away now and how many women could really put up with a guy who has to run off to save the world at the drop of a hat and may never return? Not many women can live like that and he's determined not to leave any woman he falls in love with as a widow. But when he's deployed on a joint mission with Israeli Special Forces, he never expected to meet the one who may just make him change his mind! Sayeret Matkal is all the family Mika needs. Her father was a soldier and she saw what losing her mother did to him so she'll continue to serve her country - love will just not be for her. Even as a Special Forces Operator, being a woman has meant she always has to be very careful about what she says and does so that it can't be interpreted as her being weaker than her male counterparts. Then she meets Lance aka Hack. He just accepts her as is, sure he's still protective but no more so than he is with his male colleagues and he's definitely not an a$$hat! Lance and Mika are soon on the run from a terrorist with a point to prove after they disrupt his activities. Can they find love on the run? Breakneck speed, hot passion, and insane chemistry - totally loved Mika and Lance. I loved the way they had similar upbringings, even with different circumstances, but tackled things in their own way. There is only one really smexy interlude but it sure takes their adrenaline edge off! Kicka$$ soldiers, intelligent and compassionate. Loved it. PS Daddy Blue needs a HEA or at least a companion through life
