What happens when a CIA Assassin meets ex-navy SEAL?? Fireworks! Caleb “Mad Dog” Maddox is not taking medical retirement from the Navy well. Just when he is at his lowest he receives a job offer from an old colleague and before he knows it he finds himself in Montana! He is to back up an Assassin who has a certain ISIS leader on their tail! Jolie Richards may by CIA but she was a cowgirl before she became a spy. It's hard being back at the ranch, her first time since her father died, but if a terrorist is after her she'd rather see him coming, on her own turf, where there are less people to worry about. But she did not expect to get back up in shape of Mad Dog! There is an instant chemistry between these tow although they do their best to ignore it! But when their cover story is that they're engaged...well they just get closer. I loved this latest instalment in the series. Jolie is a take no prisoners kinda gal and wants to solve her problems on her own but Mad Dog is stubborn and keeps trying to keep her safe! Brilliant mix of action, adventure and romance. I loved unravelling who was causing all the problems at the ranch. It was also great to drop in on my favourite Brotherhood guys, especially Six, my favourite K9!
