Real estate agent Jenna Meyers is in a good position to work a side job as a private investigator searching for the money stolen from a bank. On a routine visit to a potential listing, Jenna discovers a grisly scene in an abandoned home. Her first thought is Squatters. A closer look reveals the house had been used as a place of torture. Bastian may be a badass SEAL but he has never quite gotten over his first love. She was ripped from him when they were only teenagers but he still felt the loss deeply. His military career isn't exactly easy on a relationship, so footloose he shall remain. He and his brothers have returned to the family ranch to search for their missing father. His sister still giving them grief like she always has LOL. But he may have met his match in another female. Jenna may be the local real estate agent but she has fallen right into the middle of a possible torture site! As Molly's best friend she got a lot of time to ogle her besties brother but his heart always belonged to Laura. She moved on but not very well. Her ex was an abusive asshat and it was left to the McKinnon females to piece her back together. But can she face a whole new slew of trauma? Absolutely gripping story. I love how all the strands are knitting together. I am amazed the author can keep everything straight!
