-◈ 4.50 STARS "Ready?" "Ready when you are" What an amazing conclusion for this amazing trilogy, (though I really wish for more because I don't want this to end yet)! I loved loved loved this so much!! I love every twists and turns, the way the author managed to established every situations straight despite the confusion in time due to time travelling (what I exactly want for a book with time travelling aspect, a pretty stable course of events regardless of the timeline not in order), every revelations that made me read it more than once because it's just simply amazing! I loved Gwen and her sassy thoughts, Gideon and his arrogant yet loving side of him, Lesley and her amazingness as a friend. And most especially Xemerius! Xemerius is most definitely one of my favorite characters in this trilogy! His humor, his sarcasm, his funny remarks and comments and even his poetic narrations. Definitely hilarious! I wish I could have this funniest cute little demon creature as a pet. PS. Dropped half a star rating because it seemed a bit, really just a bit, lacking in the last chapter. Like a sudden closing remark or something. But that last wave of revelation in the epilogue, just WOW!!! Mr. Bernard, who? *grins* PPS. I just discovered that this trilogy has its own movie adaptation! In German, but still! I'll definitely watch it!!!

Emerald Green by Kerstin Gier was an okay book once again. I didn't love the second book and I also didn't love this book. Just something about this book once again didn't have me hooked. Once again. It is different for every person. I liked the suspense at parts, but other than that it kind of dragged on and on. I liked the end. It summarized everything up. I know that when I read the reviews for this book. Lots of people said that they didn't like the end. For me I didn't mind the end. I though it was a good way to end and it didn't seem too long. 3/5 stars. An okay read but not something I would read again in the mere future. xoxo, Bebe

Love the cover! Love the storyline! Love the characters! Love the ending! I LOVE THE RUBY RED TRILOGY!! Raphael and Lesley <333 Gwen and Gideon <333 Together forever !! ;)))

i still love the ending with its enormous plottwist

Actual Rating; 4,5 Hello, plottwists! I love these books so much and they should get more attention. The series is in my top3! But I really love the relationship between Gwynneth and Gideon. They’re so cute! This was my 3th or 4th reread. I didnt understand the sexual references the first few times. This time I got them all. Xemerius is a king in those :’). If there wasn’t a xemerius in the books, then it would have been kinda boring! But needless to say that I love theses books!

*2.75

Ahh, the last book in the Precious Stone Trilogy... so sad. I did not want to see this series end but unfortunately, it was time to wrap things up and call it quits. After all, we needed to find who the real culprit was right? It was definitely sad to say goodbye to Gwen and her quick wit and also Xemerius! Boo! He literally made the books so funny and not all dramatic at times. Again, I will say that the romance portion was lacking and I felt no connection between Gideon and Gwen. The only time I didn't particularly like Gwen, was when she was obsessing over Gideon and not getting her priorities straight. With that being said, Xemerius did stop the whining of lovers scorned at most times and fixed her priorities. I don't want to give too much away so I can't necessarily talk about the plot considering this book was dedicated to solving all of the problems and mysteries. BUT. CAN I JUST TEASE YOU GUYS ABOUT THAT ENDING? LIKE DAMN. I was not expecting that at all. I loved that surprise because then everything starting clicking into place, in my mind. I will say that the whole book was kind of lacking in exciting plot twists. Having read the whole novel, the book was all leading up to the big finale, which many were disappointed in. I can see their P.O.Vs for sure, but I just loved this series so much I couldn't not like it, especially the end! I always hate reading the last books in any series because I can't seem to let go no matter what! I mean, I still reread this books from time to time. my feelings about this trilogy:

love the book and ending :) it was definitely a fun journey going through here and there and watching all the events of the books connect together

And sadly I got to end. Here are my thoughts; it felt at times as if Gier was rushing through the events in the story, but I think at the end she provided enough sustancial information to keep the reader intrigued. The last book in a serie is usually really hard to get right and leave every single reader satisfied with the ending. Some readers look for closure on every single aspect of the story, unfortunately this was not the case. The writer left a couple of things that we would have liked to see settled between some characters. With that been said I enjoyed the book. Time traveling is not really my cup of tea when it comes to fantasy books; sometimes it gets too complicated to follow, thankfully I was able to keep with the story, that I finished all 3 books in a week. This book is full of action, plotting, deaths, ghosts, costumes, romance and even a cute little demon. The writer captures the voice of real teenager in Gwinnett, full of adolescence concerns and feelings, without been annoying. I so sad to depart from this books. Side Note: Reader of you are one of those that like to be over critical about what they read; you will find it a bit too teensy, but seriously what do you expect after all it is a YOUNG ADULT book.

This series could've been longer

This book took forever to get to the point, which is ironic because there is approximately 2-ish weeks between the start of the first book and the end of this one, three whole books later. The characters acted out of character on several occasions (and not for a purpose). The ending while satisfying, was not at all that surprising and was over incredibly fast.

*4.5 stars. A very satisfactory ending to the trilogy.

I enjoyed this one a little less than the previous ones, but still a solid 4 stars!

Oh the sweet closure. No more questions. Beside one: (view spoiler)[ What will Gwyneth and Gideon do for the rest of eternity? Especially if they get kids. Thats kind of sad. (hide spoiler)] But anyway! The closure to the questions that has been roaming since book one finally arrived and it was a pleasure. Everything made sense, every last little incident they would cause, but experience earlier, was revealed. There was a meaning behind the madness.
