splendidly delicious. brilliant. incredible. amazing. show-stopping. spectacular. π©π€§ ((and omg the finnclaire tease tho at the end π ready for the best friend's sister trope,,, woo))

this was amazing! chefs kiss MWAH I didn't want it to end but I couldn't stop reading it Step aside, Logan, there's a new stoic grump in town, and it's Noah Griffin. Childhood mistake returns into Molly's life and chaos ensues. Reading about Molly, with just her mere presence, ruining Noah's whole one-track mindset on life was GREAT! Noah's character development and epiphany that his life surrounding only his football career is empty without Molly - so well-written! The author's storytelling painted such a wonderful, blossoming love story between two people with a tricky encounter in the past, meet again and become enemies to coworkers/friends to soulmates hehehhe I LOVE I appreciate that Molly didn't try to fix Noah. She acknowledge that fixing him is not her responsibility and that she focused more on herself, which brought on positive progression where Noah was able to get his head out of his ass and realize his feelings for Molly yay I love seeing more of the Ward family especially with the new addition of Emmett. omg I love that the devil on Molly's shoulder is Paige and the angel on her other shoulder is Logan lmaoooo I wish we could see the Amazon documentary and the movie (basically fanedit) Noah made for Molly

unbelievable but enjoyable

I really liked this one. The chemestry between the characters was good and i liked both characters. Looking foward for the sister's books!

Y'all, this book did things to me. It was sooooo freaking good. When I finished The Marriage Effect and saw Logan's sisters were getting books of their own, I totally did a happy dance. I was over the moon when I saw the honor of the first book went to Molly and that it was a second chance romance with her childhood neighbor, Noah. I wasted no time borrowing the audiobook from my library (thanks, Hoopla!) and diving right in. This one definitely gave me some little twinges of The Wall of Winnipeg and Me vibes β but I don't mean that in copy-catty kind of way. At all. (Of course, I compare every football romance I read to TWOWAM because it's the gold standard for me.) Fun fact: JJ Watt is mentioned in passing in this book too. I swooned. But, I digress. I think it was the combo of the grumpy, committed athlete and the romance with a woman he works with that caused the little twinges. Regardless, I loved it. And it had one up on TWOWAM because it was in dual POV. I loved being in both Noah and Molly's heads for this book. The audio was excellent. The story kept me totally hooked. I giggled, swooned and sighed. It was the perfect combo of sweet and hot and I adored every minute.
