Out of Bounds: Journey of a Migrant
From sixteen to sixty- I have lived through a very note-worthy period in Australia's history as a newcomer. There were happy times and testing times. There were encounters with genuine and loving people as well as people who were not so fair or endearing. I have encountered prejudice, yes, but Australia is better than any other country I know. As time passes, I can confidently say my children will be judged on their performance and their character, and not their facial features. For this I am grateful.
