Constitutional Law 2021 Supplement

The 2021 Annual Supplement, like prior Supplements, includes excerpts from recent scholarship and from important new decisions of the Supreme Court. With the departure of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the appointment of Justice Amy Coney Barrett, this was an especially interesting Term, and several of the new decisions that are covered in the Annual Supplement are listed below.
