Stopping at a convenience store to fix a leaky tire, Shaw McBride and Romeo Zderko learn that a winning lottery ticket was purchased from the same location and devise a plot to steal half of the prize money, a scheme for which they take a family hostage and subject its members to sanity-breaking fear.
