The Correspondence of King George the Third with Lord North from 1768 to 1783

This is the second in a two-volume series that compiles the numerous correspondence of King George III to Lord North, his chief minister leading up to and during the American Revolution. Lord North resigned his post after the British were defeated in 1781.
