The more it goes, the more it is slooow
There is so much things happening <spoiler> so much betrayal and revelation </spoiler> yet it feels like nothing is happening. It is too slow. 
I also didn’t like how the relationship between Arya and Perry developed. I know they all have their responsibilities but it felt like they were an old couple without common interest anymore. It would have been fun to keep, for once, an healthy and ideal relationship in a dystopian book. 
Also, Roar? I know he is grieving and such but ?? Rossi did him so bad. He is all gloomy, depressed and angry but there was an easy solution to solve the last problem : talking. Communication guys. I just wanted to scream at Perry and Roar to talk to each other. 
Well, I would have scream this to probably everyone in this book. There was a lot of talking but no talking at the same time. It was as if no one really listened to what was happening. <spoiler> everyone will die but they are still people doubting every plan… </spoiler>
Even though there were things I didn’t like, it was still a great end to this serie. I liked the ending. I liked how Arya was angry and badass at the end. <spoiler> I liked the happy ending for everyone. </spoiler>
I still recommend it. It is different.

I did enjoy this final installment in the trilogy quite a bit more than the second book. However book one remains my favorite.

There are only 2 things wrong with this book:

1. All the missed chances to kill Sable earlier on in the book. 
2. No real reunion scene. We have Aria acknowledging Perry alive as she's carried off Sable, but we never get to see their actual reunion. The sap in me craves it.

Oh, and Cinder. (view spoiler)[Poor Cinder. I understand the necessity of his death, but that doesn't make it any easier. (hide spoiler)]

I feel like this is the kind of book that deserves an epilogue, just a short scene, preferably of Perry and Aria lying in their new house with the hole in the ceiling, watching the stars. 

But, alas. A great end to a great series. Well done, Veronica Rossi. Well done.

Great ending to a fantastic series! I love how these books have such a fast-paced, action-packed plot while also having an amazing group of characters. Roar might be one of the best sidecharacters ever. This triology quickly became one of my favourite series with a very satisfying conclusion.

It's always sad if you finish a book series that you really love. The first time I've read Under the Never Sky was two years ago and since then it's definitely one of my favorite books of all time.

I listened to this entire audiobook at work today. I promise I actually worked too.

This trilogy has sweated me off my feet. 

I'm so in love. Not only was the writing absolutely beautiful (I adore 3rd POV!), but the characters were also carved so perfectly and in harmony. Aria and Perry are bad-ass characters and when they come together they're a different level of bad-ass. I love how they always think of each other first, how they put the other one before themselves. 

And Roar! My heart aches for him. His friendship with Aria is super adorable, though. 

I loved everything about this trilogy. (Mostly the characters.)

Update: important question tho; can Perry only render to one person?

This series ender was a bit lackluster for me. I never really got a great explanation for WHY the Aether existed, or how the Still Blue could be possible. I also grew tired of the bouts of jealousy that Rossi made Aria and Peregrine go through. Their commitment was established, let's focus on more important things, like surviving! Sable continued to be a bad ass villain and I was happy when he got his in the end, but the addition of a plot line involing Aria's father was not as impactful as it could have been. Glad I finished. This ender left me feeling the same as Allegiant, a bit cold.

I've been waiting for two books for Aria and Perry to make their way Into the Still Blue. The journey hasn't been easy and there have been losses, but there have also been some pretty amazing moments. This book was no exception. I'll admit, I was terrified to read this book after that other dystopian series I loved so much (also written by someone with the initials VR) all but ruined my life last fall. I was so afraid this book would do the same. Series enders are hard and I understand that, but at the same time, I didn't think my heart could take any more tragedy, so I was freaking out a little bit going into this book.

I'm going to be very cautious to not spoil anything for those who haven't read the book yet. What I will say is that if you loved the first two books, you will love this one just as much. It stayed true to the characters and left me on the edge of my seat as they made their journey. Aria and Perry are absolute perfection. Roar is wonderful. Some of our old favorite characters (and those we didn't like quite so much) were back and there was plenty of action and drama. For a book with 400 pages, it was a quick and easy read and I was enthralled the entire time. There were some moments that were incredibly difficult to read, but I couldn't put the book down. I kept going back and forth between wanting to reach the end and never wanting it to end. I just love these characters. I'm really going to miss them.

I can't possibly write this review without touching again on the relationship between Aria and Perry. Is there a relationship in a YA series like this that's more perfect? These two characters to have come from such drastically different worlds, but they are so well-matched and so believable as a couple. They fit together, each bringing out the best in the other. He made her stronger, she made him more compassionate. Yet, at the same time, they're not whiny and wishy-washy. They can function without being attached to the other at the hip. It's not to say they don't prefer to be together, but they're both strong enough to stand on their own until they're together again. Seriously, I just want to hug them both.

You know who else I want to hug? The author. Lady, you are amazing. This will go down in history as one of my favorite YA series. Thank you for sharing this story and these characters with us.

This series is mind blowing. There, I said it.

To begin, the bad guys are completely relatable. Even though Sable did have a bit of a psycho side, both him and Hess had a reason why they did things.

Perry's struggle to handle the Tides and his divcoverings about leadership were so realistic I found myself worrying over his issues too.

Aria was a very likeable character. She had her strenghts and her flaws. Suffered enough to say she went through a lot, without seeming like a martyr, since everyone else went through a lot. 

In general, very fullfilling books that left me thoroughly satisfied.

Into the Still Blue is the EPIC conclusion to the fantastic Under the Never Sky series by Veronica Rossi, and wow, it didn’t disappoint! I had high hopes for this book, and it was nearly perfect. Perry and Aria are so dear to me, after reading their journey that was filled with action, romance, and thrills. I had a wonderful time reading Into the Still Blue, but I have to admit, I’m incredibly sad to be leaving Perry, Aria, and their world.

It had been a while since I last read Through the Ever Night (which is my favorite of the series), so I couldn’t remember much about what happened before Into the Still Blue, but luckily, Veronica Rossi is a brilliant storyteller. She managed to have me catching up quite quickly and effortlessly. It’s so easy to get sucked into this dystopian world, to get hooked onto Aria and Perry’s journey toward the Still Blue. There’s action in every scene, and the book kept me at the edge of my seat the whole time while reading. I just couldn’t put the book down! I was hooked on every word, every page, and I just can’t get over the storytelling! The writing is phenomenal–Veronica Rossi writes in dual third-person POV, and she works it. She’s probably one of the few authors I actually really like and am impressed with who write in this style.

Perry and Aria are put to the final test–they have to unite the Outsiders and Dwellers and get everyone to the Still Blue, all the while trying to get back Cinder from Sable, the evil Blood Lord who killed Perry’s sister and who wants total control of all Outsiders and Dwellers. Sable kidnapped Cinder, who is the only known person who can combat the deadly aether that ravages their world. There is just so much that goes on in this book, but it’s also so easy to keep up. All of the characters go through hell and back all to find a better future–friendships are put to the test, there are betrayals that shock the hell out of you, revelations that you never see coming, and SO MUCH MORE! I can’t even describe how heart-pounding and exhilarating it was to read this book.

I LOVE the characters! Perry, Aria, ROAR(!!), and even Soren are the ones who make this book, this series, special. You feel all the emotions that they feel as well, and you cheer for them over and over again. Each character is unique and complex and so real. They come alive off the pages–Veronica Rossi has created the most incredible cast of characters that I will miss dearly! And one of the top things that I will miss too? The BROMANCE between Perry and Roar. ;)

And have I mentioned how much I love Aria and Perry? They were wonderful in the first two books, and it’s no different in this final one. I loved them even more in Into the Still Blue, where they’re actions really show how much they’ve grown. As I was reading, it all came back to me how much I really cared for these two characters. They’ve endeared themselves to me, through their actions, words, and love. God, I just love the romance between Perry and Aria. The love they have for each other is rock-solid, something that strengthens them and gives them hope for a brighter future, and it’s just beautiful. And yet at the same time, Aria and Perry are brilliant as individuals as well. But still, who doesn’t love a good romance? And this one is sooo good!

Perry makes me swoon so. freaking. hard.

I never wanted the book to end–but when it did, I was smiling so hard. I LOVED the ending! It was so beautiful and heartwarming and believable. Fans of the series won’t be disappointed with this brilliant final book. And if you haven’t read this series yet, you must! The Under the Never Sky series stands out in the dystopian genre, and is a must read.

4 stars–loved it, but I can’t give a 5 because it didn’t have the same oomph as the second book!
