Blinding Lights

Blinding Lights

Jan Tegze2020
After a potentially fatal trauma, Frank is about to embark on the journey of his life. He is about to discover how our lives are defined by choices--some we make ourselves and some made by those around us. Trapped in a strange, dark place, Frank is confronted by how others influenced his life and how the decisions he made put him in this terrifying situation. We all make thousands of decisions every day, but even the smallest actions could have a huge impact. And even the choices that have the biggest effect on our lives sometimes come with doubts, causing us to question whether we chose right. In those moments, we often start to play the "What If?" game. "What if I'd made a different choice? Would that have led to a different outcome, or would the result be the same no matter what I did?" As Frank slowly begins to discover, sometimes life happens no matter what, and sometimes the "What If?" question leads to the answer we've been looking for. Ultimately, facing death is the only thing that gives us perspective on the value of our life. This moment, right here, right now, is the only reality. There is nothing else. But, as Frank's story demonstrates, hearing those words of wisdom and experiencing it for yourself are two very different things.
