Takedown twenty
Reviews

Book #13 Read in 2017 Takedown Twenty by Janet Evanovich In the 20th book in the Stephanie Plum series, Stephanie really has not improved as a bounty hunter. She is on the hunt for a few fugitives, with varying degrees of success. She is assisted by Lula, Ranger and her zany Grandma. She and Morelli are still deciding their romantic future. Add a giraffe on the loose, and you have a read that is full of action, humor and romance. Great series!

I know a lot of people rag on this series as being repetitive, but they always make me laugh. As long as I get genuine laughs out of it, I'll keep reading them!

3.5 Entertaining as usual. Loved the bit with Kevin.

I don’t think I will ever get tired of this series. I love the friendship that Stephanie has with Lula. Their interactions constantly make me laugh. My favorite pairing will always be Stephanie and Ranger. The patience he has for her is amazing and the loyalty he has for her is wonderful. I love the way he protects her and has her back at a minutes notice. I felt like The villain in this one wasn’t very apparent. I would have liked it to be like previous books where it builds and you know earlier on.
