This book was amazine and I'm so happy I haven't lost faith in Seth. For me is the best book of the series. It has a lot of action, love and also a lot of character development. The fact that the gods are in the game... woooow. Awesome. And thank you for making Ares exactly like the god of war should be. I loved this book. I can't wait to start the Titans series. YES. I'M TEAM SETH. 
I like Aiden too, but this time Seth got my atention from the begining and I think it was the fact that he hide his true feelings with funny jokes and all the grinnings... just like I would do, so yeah, I saw a lot of myself in him. 
5 stars to this book and 4 stars to the entire series.

The ending to this book was beautiful. I loved this series and I love how much this series made me happy. The journey and everything Alex had to go through to get her happy ending was written beautifully and I couldn’t get enough of it. I didn’t want it to end but it did unfortunately. I love this book and anything written by Jennifer L. Armentrout.

Oh my gods! This book was so perfect and so action-packed and intense! I think I'm having a hangover now because I need more! 

I got this series thanks to my fiance as an early birthday present on July 2014. I read Daimon and Half-Blood the same day. I don’t know why I kept pushing back the other books. This year, I decided to start it off with the Covenant series and I finally but sadly, finished it. I really didn’t want this series to end. At times, I did wanted it to end but then…it just…ugh, no words, guys.

I’m going to start off with Alex. I admire Alex! She is so strong and brave and STRONG! I don’t think I would have survived everything she went through. Every step back, she would push forward, would push herself to do better until she did it. I must say I got annoyed with her a few times during the series but Alex is definitely one of my favorite heroines. She is bad-ass and she killed it!

Let’s continue with Aiden. This series is the first series I read that I am not a fan of the MC’s boyfriend or special friend. I was rooting for Seth! Let me give you my reasons. While Aiden was kind of “forbidden”, I couldn’t totally grasp the idea of it and I love forbidden love, so this is saying a lot. He would make Alex suffer more than make her happy, in my opinion, which blew my chances with him. I know it’s forbidden but if he loves her as he says he does, why didn’t he try until later on? Why wait when the love of your life is right there and with everything going on could die some day? This is why I wasn’t a fan of Aiden, among other things that I can’t remember right now.

Let’s go with Seth. My lovely, hot, annoying, jerk, a**hole, arrogant, gorgeous, handsome, cocky Seth. Seth is f*cking perfection! I LOVE HIM! I know a lot of you hated him but I couldn’t! I really love him a lot! There was a time (maybe 5 minutes) in Deity that I disliked him but my love for him stayed strong and faithful. His arrogance fit so perfectly with his cockiness and his beauty, it was impossible to not love him. He was the one that led me to continue on with the series and I really wanted more of him and I am SO FREAKING GLAD that JLA decided to write The Return. I get to have more sexy time with Seth. While he was all of the adjectives I mentioned above, he was also caring and he soon learned to be himself and fight back because of Alex.

Another thing many of you didn’t like is that he “cheated” on Alex…. I didn’t feel that from the book. They weren’t dating (I wish they were) so he was free to do whatever he felt like. Alex and Seth only had their connection of Apollyons and yes, they had feelings because of the connection but they never really pursued their feelings.

SENTINEL was filled with betrayal, love, angst, thrill, action, and the most of them all, sadness. Sentinel had my heart racing most of the time (99.99%) and I would feel chest pains at times because of its intensity. This book brought so many emotions that I can’t even continue to describe because there were so many!!! Each character of this series has taken a piece of my heart with them. They all mean so much to me because each one of them played a huge part in the series and I can’t believe I’m parting from them :'(

The ending was so hard to read and I'm a fucking mess right now, but I loved it. A bit bittersweet, but still a great ending. In general I think Sentinel was a good book to finish this series. Once you passed the similiraties with VA at the beginning i think you can really enjoy Covenant. This series remind me how much i love greek mythology and now i need to remember all the myths i learned in high school!

Oh! And, please, let's appreciate the perfection that is Aiden St. Delphi.

I think that this was the best ending because alex got to live with both aidan, decan and all her dead friends and family. I felt bad for aidan though. He was so upset hen alex die. I give this book 10 stars

If you want a series that has “magic” Greek gods, hell of a lot of sarcasm, and all around amazing characters and storyline. This series is for you! I was absolutely hooked from the first book, I escaped into these books and I loved how they progressed, and ended. 

I want another one. Badly. How aiden and Alex cope going back and forth. AHH LOVE IT

I really, really loved this series. I flew through the books, and enjoyed each and every one of them. But the series finale ind of didn't do it for me. I enjoyed most of this last book. But I felt that the "climactic"part/scene was so very anticlimactic.

I just finished reading the book and it's the second one since the Iron Fey series that made me cry. Why? Because it's over.

I’ve finally, FINALLY finished the Covenant series!!! I honestly don’t know why it took me this long to get to this final book – I read Apollyon over two years ago and I guess I just never kept going even with that awful cliffhanger. But I guess one good thing about waiting is that I have Seth’s series ready for me to read! Anyway, now that I have finished the Covenant series, I’m feeling so bittersweet. Jennifer L. Armentrout did an amazing job ending this brilliant series, but I’m still so sad to say goodbye to Alex and Aiden, who make up one of my favorite couples ever. Sentinel is fast-paced, action-packed, and never has a dull moment, but the highlight of the book is definitely Alex and Aiden’s relationship. They’ve been through so much, so it’s amazing to see how everything wraps up between them.

Our love had never been easy.
… He was my strength when I needed him to be, my friend when I needed someone to talk me down, my equal in a world where by law I would always be less than him, and honest to gods, he was the love of my life.
And he would wait forever for me, just as I would wait forever and a day for him.

I skimmed through the first four books before starting Sentinel, because I knew if I picked this final book up, I’d be just a teensy bit lost. Luckily, JLA is a fantastic writer, able to suck me into her Covenant world even after leaving it for over two years. Sentinel picks up right where Apollyon left off, after Alex’s terrible fight with Ares, which left her completely broken and near death’s door. But once she’s healed thanks to Apollo, she’s still not quite up to par, which isn’t good since the world is being torn apart by Ares, Lucian, and… Seth. It’s a race to the finish to see who will reach whom first – whether Ares will find a way to enslave mankind, or if Alex and the gang can manage to stop him and pretty much save the world.

What I love about this series (besides the amazing romance) is how humorous it is. No matter how dire things are, Alex and her friends manage to find a levity that lightens everyone up. As serious as the whole end-of-the-world thing going on is, Alex and the gang always make quips and jokes that have me laughing so hard. I love this balance in emotions that JLA handles so effortlessly.

Of course, now I get to talk about the romance! Alex and Aiden are just… perfect. They complement each other so well, even after the both of them have grown so much throughout the series. Alex has matured greatly, no longer that impulsive girl who seems to always get herself in trouble. Aiden is as swoon-worthy as ever, always believing in Alex and never being too overly alpha-male. These two just GET each other, support each other, love each other, and my heart easily fell for these two all over again in Sentinel.

And oh gods, SETH!! I have to admit, I was Team Seth once upon a time back in Pure, so he’ll always have a piece of my heart, even though he’s turned a little power-hungry and is on the bad guys’ side. But if you’re a Seth fan (or even if you’re not), he’ll surprise you in this book. He’s made bad decisions, but he’s inherently a good guy, and I’m definitely excited to see how his story continues in his series!

The ending was something I… didn’t expect. I’m honestly still not quite sure how to feel about it, but the book overall was an epic ending to a series I adore. Sentinel isn’t my favorite of the series (I think it still might be Deity), but I’m so glad to have finally read it. I know I’d feel a lot worse leaving the Covenant world if there wasn’t the spinoff series, so I’m thanking the gods that JLA is giving us that!
