The Titan Series Book 4

This book is officially my favorite book of this series and of Covenant-Titans world. I've always loved Seth, even if at first he was a pain in the ass, but he was always my favorite. And there's something else, maybe because I've read the series after the "Blood and Ash" series: Seth reminds me of Casteel, or, considering the order of the book, I should say that Cas was inspired by Seth.

Anyway, this book, for me, is the best in the Covenant-Titans series. I can see a big evolution in the way "Struggle" and "Prophecy" were written. So because of these last two books, I will give the Titans series 5 stars. And thank you Jennifer for writing Seth's story. I, for one, really needed it. So thank you for this amazing journey.

Like book three, this had its moments but it was kind of easy to follow, no big twists or anything. Good bits: Seth. And did I mention  Seth ?

Sabemos que se debe de detener a los Titanes, y para eso se debe de hallar a otro semidios y entrenarlo para la batalla.
En esta entrega podemos ver a Seth lidiando con las consecuencias de sus acciones (cosa que antes eso era imposible) el miedo, la duda, de ser digno.

Hay decisiones difíciles que fueron tomadas, y que realmente me partió el corazón, pero como en toda batalla, hay giros inesperados todo sea para un bien mayor.

Pros: Great conclusion for the Titan Series, great romance, emotional, action packed. 
The Prophecy was the most emotional book in the series. At the end I got really attached to all of the characters and I didn’t want anything bad to happen to them.
Seth and Josie’s relationship got better through each book, also their relationship is better than Alex and Aiden's in Covenant.
Cons: heartbreaking, when it's finally getting really good the series has to end.

Ok y'all, it's been nearly a month since I finished reading The Prophecy and I'm still not entirely sure I can write a review for it. I loved it. Absolutely loved it. It was total perfection. It destroyed me in the best possible way. Actual tears were cried. And while I do think the ending was perfect, I'm still not ready to give up Seth, Josie and the rest of the gang. Not even close to it. So, I'm going to keep my review short and sweet and with zero spoilers. 

The Prophecy put me through the wringer. I'm not even going to lie. It was one of those books I read with a pounding heart as I found myself torn between wanting to inhale the words, yet also make them last forever. Despite not ever having finished The Covenant series (I know, I know), I fell for the Titan series early on. I didn't want to like Seth at first, but I fell in love with him regardless. That love grew stronger with each book, as did my fear of what would ultimately wind up happening. No one gets off scot free forever, right? Debts must be repaid and mistakes don't come without consequences. 

This book had it all — action, romance, feels and twists. I wasn't really sure how everything would wrap up, but I couldn't wait to find out. I think fans of the Titan series will be pleased with this final chapter... even if, like me, they're not pleased it's all over. (Greedy readers unite!)

That was a damn good ending, which kind of made up for some of the slower and if not underwhelming sections of the book which surprised me. All in all, Josie and Seth are pretty great and I love the strength the get from each other but Alex and Aidan will always come up ahead for me.
