Visually beautiful, and enjoyable to read. Although I'm not an American, this book challenged me and had me dreaming of a world where the billions of self-proclaiming Christians gave their allegiance to Jesus first and their political states second.

The book is radical, and extremely relevant in today's political landscape. Definitely influenced by liberation theology which led to interpreting Jesus' death (and the entire Biblical narrative) in ways I wish were a tad more nuanced. I'm glad that I read this!
