He then meet a girl named Emily on a field trip and falls for her, but before he can find out if she feels the same his father moves the family to Seattle, where Todd realizes that popularity doesn't exempt you from life's problems. When his parents' divorce it means yet another move, back to catholic school for his senior year. Determined to fit in, Todd sets two goals for himself - to clear things up with Scott and to date Emily. But just when he thinks he's got it all figured out, life throws him a curve that makes his senior year his most challenging yet, having to deal with death, drugs and sex.
