4.75/5⭐️

Amazing there is so much in the books that are not in the films I'm glad I'm taking the time to read them all.
Favourite quote
"No good sittin' worryin' abou' it" he said "what's comin' will come, an' we'll meet it when it does."
No Truer words!

Really long but it was plot twists on plot twists!!!!!

Okay okay I thought things got dark with the third book. Inwas wrong this one is the syart of Harry Potter getting darker.
I dont even know where to start. There was so much that happened, so much action and rama, reveals it didn't keave me board at any point I flew through this.
It was fantastic. And I even teared up at the end.

Okay, I definitely cried actual tears. Yes, I'm a grown-ass adult and when Mrs. Weasley hugged Harry it was literally the best thing that's happened to me this year.

reread 1/5/17

crying for everything that harry has already been through when i know so much more is coming
i just want to protect him from everything bad 😭

THE BEST ONE SO FAR

" I'm not ashamed. 'Never be ashamed,' my ol' dad used ter say, 'there's some who'll hold it against you, but they're not worth botherin' with." -(497) "'Curiosity is not a sin," he said. 'But we should exercise caution with our curiosity.' " -Albus Dumbledore (650)

One of the absolute greats This book isn't just the best in the series, it's one of the greatest books of all time. The amount of action, the amount of content that's in this book is simply incredible. Without giving away too many spoilers, this book takes the series into a much darker, more serious area whilst making you fall more in love with the characters and giving them even more personality than before. It's truly sensational and is most certainly up there as one of my favourite books of all time.

Ho hum.

My absolute favourite Harry Potter book ❤️ really looking forward to getting into this one again! ....... 19.02.2018 This is still my absolute favourite Harry Potter book!!! I adore the Tournament and how real all the characters are. You get so invested that during each heated moment my heart was RACING and I had to put the book down, my family was getting so sick of me having a meltdown over parts in the book that I think I couldn't have finished it at a better time. Even though I know through and through what was (and is) going to happen it's still such a shock and a punch to the gut each time. Like, Harry's name is in the Goblet???? HONEY HOW?? Hermione and Krum go to the Yule Ball together?? YES GIRL U GET HIM!! It's a wonderful experience 💕 The Tasks are so good too! I think it's this book that got me to fall in love with the competition trope in fantasy, I just wish there was more of it around! Nothing gets your heart racing than the possibility your fav might not win. I adore the dragon task. If its not obvious, I just adore dragons full stop. But the request for broodmothers was such a GOOD DETAIL I loved it. But, I think the challenge in the lake would've been a bit annoying for the people sat in the stands because they literally would've been sat staring at water for over an hour. As for the maze task, I love that the trio spent so much time learning about new hexes and Spells!! It's such a cute little bonding moment that's actually helpful. I love all the challenges that he has to overcome in the maze, even if Moody (👀) keeps the majority away, and I thought it was such a nice touch that Hagrid had been raising one of those challenges all year, right under their noses! I still adore Mrs. Weasley so so much, she really really does remind me of my mum - which I told her every time I read about Mrs. Weasley. When Harry had to go into the room to meet the parents and was absolutely dreading it HOW DID I FORGET THAT IT WOULD BE THAT LITERAL ANGEL MRS WEASLEY??? So many feelings and 90% are for Mrs Weasley. The ending was awful, nothing riles me up more than someone not accepting the truth, especially about something super important like, hmmm, let's say THE RETURN OF VOLDEMORT?? I totally get wanting it not to be true but honey. U could stop dis. Harry and his friends could have had a nice 3 more years in Hogwarts if you weren't such an IDIOT with a stupid green hat.

I finally finished this beast, not for lack of wanting or cuz it’s a big book but because I’ve been in the most awful reading mood. I was undecided between 4 and 5 stars. Ultimately I felt the final reveal of who was the infiltrated one at Hogwarts was a bit convoluted, and that whole final scene with Fudge was a tad annoying. I also felt Cedric could have been more developed in the story, which would have made his plot more effective. That being said it was good book, it was a lot more emotional and a lot more dense then all the others. The first three books felt like they were setting up the groundwork for this one, and now the main plotline is actually gonna kick off.

Unsurprisingly, I loved this book as much as the others if not a bit more. It is astounding how JK Rowling's vision expands with every installment becoming more intricate than before.

** spoiler alert ** Cedric Digory is the only thing good abt this book, and then he dies.

Me sorprende lo bien desarrolladas que están las historias de estos libros, consigue mantener tu atención hasta el final.✨

En general ha estado muy chulo, hay alguna cosilla que me ha parecido un poco raruna, pero guay por lo demás :)

I don't even know what to say. I'm officially OBSESSED. I was flying through the last few chapters with my breath caught in my throat, preparing for what I knew was coming but hoping it wouldn't all the same. I just have one question: How? HOW do these just keep getting better and better??! I cried on and off probably the entire last chunk of this book. The story gets darker in such a gradual way, and it does so beautifully and organically. This book just made me crazy emotional. I think I've cried at every book so far (I'm an emotional person and these characters bring it out more than usual) but this book was just so sad at the end. Harry (and basically EVERYONE) has just been through so much and Cedric's outcome just broke my heart. There was so much that was different than the movie, which I loved. It made the book even more interesting but I know when I watch the movie again I'll shout at the screen with everyone else, "that's not how it happened!" I just can't get over how good it was, guys. There's so much love and heart and strength in these books. On to the next! There's no way I could stop now! The next book is my favorite movie so I'm SUPER stoked to read it!

The start was slow, but it quickly got better once the tests started 🪄

4.75 ⭐️ rounded up. This one moves a bit slower than the first three and took me longer to get through than I expected (it was easier to put down, so I often did). But JKR sure knows how to write a good ending! The last 15% or so was the best part of the book.

—No —contestó Harry—. Nací en julio.”

Can I have a look at Uranus, too, Lavender?' said Ron.

I see difficult times ahead for you, alas ... most difcult... I fear the thing you dread will indeed come to pass ... and perhaps sooner than you think...
