I have never read a Joyce Meyers book but have heard her teachings. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The excerpts I shared with others were also highly received. I love the overall message that we need to be showing more love to everyone. In order to do that we must put ourselves aside and accept others how they were created, where they are in life and love them there. This has completely changed my perspective and approach with others. Simply, just love. Throughout the book she gives step by step methods and ways for us to be bold enough to love with our minds, bodies and possessions selflessly. If you want to read this book, you need to do so with an open mind and spirit and be open to the Holy Spirit changing you and moving you otherwise you are wasting your time. In order to make a change with the world around us, we must first make a change with ourselves and we need to be open to hearing some hard truths. This is the approach you should take with all personal development books. Great read!!
