The Adept

Evil magic has been revived in Scotland, causing Sir Adam Sinclair, psychiatrist and police assistant, to assume his true identity of Adept, a magician guarding the Light from the forces of Darkness. In the sequel, The Lodge of the Lynx (1992), Sir Adam and his apprentice, Peregrine Lovat, hunt down a brotherhood of sorcerers using Hitler's book of black spells. The third book in the series is The Templar Treasure (1993).
