A great introduction to a new hero. My first encounter with captain marvel was fantastic. Hope the MCU doesn't retcon the uniqueness of Carol Danvers. Who am I kidding? Of course they will.

This is a really fun book. Our story follows Carol Danvers who has come to a crossroads with a new life and new romance. She takes a drastic change in direction and alters her life as she takes on a mission to return to an alien girl to her homeworld. She lands herself in the middle of an uprising, and she must help a civilization as well as find the people behind this planets issues. It's a fun, sci-fi romp full of Carol Danvers lovable humor. I for one have a new favorite female superhero. Forget Wonder Woman.
