Captain Marvel Vol. 1 Re-Entry

I really liked the previous volume, and this one didn't do it for me. Sadly, too much nothing interesting happening and lots of silly scenes that weren't my kinda jam. It was ok, an ok story with good artwork.

The most cringe-worthy story I've read for 2022 and it's January.

Bad.

WOW! This one was so much fun to read, great artwork, amazing covers, and a real interesting plot. I liked that it wasn't dragging the story as to not reveal what's happening. Carol is suddenly hunting down Avengers to kill. You'll get the explanation as to why real soon so don't worry. A real page-turner the whole story and with progression that doesn't seem slow or whatever. You like Captain Marvel? You'll like it for sure. You don't like Captain Marvel like myself? Then, you'll like it for sure. I was expecting to hate this volume too like the last two, which I've found a chore to read but I was surprised that I really liked it from beginning to end. To sum up, you'll see Carol hunting down the Avengers to kill them, one by one, also, the scene with Captain America was great! Loved the action scenes, great great artwork and coloring! Great stuff!

3.5 stars | love, love, love that Jess and Jen are part of the story, but the plot wasn't my favourite.
