A great YA read. Would be interested in reading a sequel.
I read this book because of her lovely Kickstarter post-mortem (I work at Kickstarter). So first off, I just wanted to buy it to support the author (since I didn't get a chance to back the project). However, I actually LOVED this book. I read it for the first four hours of my flight from NYC to Seattle this weekend, and it made the flight go sooo much faster. I found myself wishing it was longer so I'd be entertained for the entire flight (although the story was definitely about the right length, and ended at a good place). It's definitely a bit different than most books- reminds me of a graphic novel, but written in novel form. Clearly I am bad at writing book reviews first thing in the morning, so basically I'm just encouraging you to read the book.
