a very light and amusing read! was kind of bothered by the errors but i understand that was done to show a true diary style and show lorelei's 'literary skill.' 2 stars but not because its bad; it just wasnt rlly my cup of tea. might like the movie more so i'll watch it.

I know I read this in college for one of my Women's Studies classes, but either forgot or just didn't understand how sharply funny Loos' writing is. Lorelei is something else, but the "unrefined" Dorothy is my favorite.
