Flirt
When Anita Blake meets with prospective client Tony Bennington, who is desperate to have her reanimate his recently deceased wife, she is full of sympathy for his loss ... but the creature that Anita could coerce to step out of the late Mrs. Bennington's grave would not be the lovely Mrs. Bennington. Not really. And not for long.

Honestly, I hate myself for liking this as much as I did. I suppose I'm a sucker for authors who seamlessly create different worlds with different norms and rules. If I told you what this book was about, you'd think I were crazy. But the way the author describes everything single thing, makes vampires and werewolves seem so normal! It's noteworthy, though, that I listened to it on CD; but nonetheless, no matter how much I don't want to admit it, I really did enjoy this book.
