I loved them, I could never guess what was coming next

I couldn't even begin to comprehend what it would be like to lose a whole year of my life. I want to know more the details from the night where she lost her memory from. I'm thinking this will come from further books in this series. 

Following Hanna as she pieces together the parts of her missing year, never being able to guess what is going to happen next. I didn't put this book down once, I just had to know what happened

the love triangle brought tears to my eyes, I felt Nates pain. I was suspicious of Max, I just couldn't quite trust him. (think I'm just turning into a softy, with all I read lately)

the last line (yet another cliffhanger) had me hooked for wanting to read the rest of this series.

I thoroughly enjoyed Lexi Ryan's New Hope series. (Especially Cally and Will's story.) I was really looking forward to this spinoff and I wasn't at all disappointed! 

I wasn't sure how it would work with the main character having amnesia, but it was great! Hanna was fantastic and easy to relate to – minus the whole amnesia thing. She was real and believable. A girl with self-esteem and body issues, she wakes up in the hospital with selective memory loss, engaged to the guy she'd had a crush on for years and with seemingly, all of her dreams coming true. As she uncovers more about her life, she realizes there's more to *everything* than meets the eye and maybe, just maybe, she wasn't as happy as she thought she was. In addition to her loving fiancé, it appears she has a boyfriend on the side and the two couldn't be more different. Hello love triangle! (But it wasn't an annoying one.) :) 

Lost in Me was a fantastic journey of self-discovery. It had sweet and sexy moments. The chemistry between Hanna and Max was good, but it didn't begin to compare to the electricity between her and Nate. Yowza. Things were seriously intense between them. There were several moments in this book where I literally gasped. The plot twists and turns definitely kept me interested in this book. It was a quick read. I had an emotional connection to Hanna. I wanted her to regain her memories and find a way to be *truly* happy. 

If you plan to read this book, avoid spoilers like the plague. Seriously. I ended up having the biggest of the big reveals ruined for me because someone was irresponsible on Facebook. (Tag your spoilers as such, folks. I shouldn't see them in my inbox notifications without even opening the message!) That could have easily ruined my experience with the book, but the characters, writing and unique plot wouldn't allow that to happen. I was still utterly enamored with the Hanna's story. This one ends with one heck of a cliffhanger and I'll be waiting with baited breath until the second book is released!
