Big Nate: In a Class by Himself is a humorous hybrid graphic novel about Nate's experiences over the span of one day of school. Most of the day is dominated by Nate's desire to make a fortune cookie come true, and what obstacles he faces along the way. Nate's character is well developed and the plot is easy to follow. Overall, Big Nate: In a Class by Himself is a perfect fit for its target audience.
