#ZigZagHR When the Best HR Is No Longer HR
The "future of work" is no longer a buzzword. It is abundantly clear the way we (will) work is changing and will continue to change. #ZigZagHR offers an original, performing and sustainable framework to explore what is expected (and needed) from HR today and tomorrow. #ZigZagHR is not a plea for tabula rasa. Besides, that is also impossible for most companies. #ZigZagHR wants to paint a picture to organizations, employers and, most importantly HR, that communicates traditional HR is no longer sufficient and must evolve with an extra dimension to become what we describe as "progressive HR." The authors propose a #ZigZagHR-Model where they connect different ideas and insights around workers, careers, competencies, and HR operations. With their vision and model the authors hope to develop a (global) #ZigZagHR-Ecosystems: a dynamic and heterogenous community of progressive HR practitioners and non-HR professionals who across the borders of their own company and countries develop and share innovative people solutions. The authors base their vision and practical applications on their experience in different continents.
