fun and a lil cheesy in the beginning. I liked the change of genre at the end! and just the overall conclusion

I love Penny !!! The art and colouring is so so pretty, every panel is so cute. The story and characters are sweet and perfect :) Penny & Walter are so cute. This was very entertaining and fun to read. I’ll be looking out for more by Ananth Hirsh because I’m in love with the art style and the detail.
(My only complaint is I wish it was longer :p Also this makes me want to live in a storage unit ????)

I have been eyeing Lucky Penny for a while, and after I finally picked it up, I can say that I was not disappointed! The narrative isn't anything life changing, but it's cute and silly with fantastic artwork. If you are a fan of Scott Pilgrim's work, the feel of this book is quite the same in many ways. Penny, a 20s something, is having a hard time adulting. She lives in a storage unit, works at a laundry mat with a teenage boss, and gets in fights with 12 year olds. Despite being a screw up, she's not a frustration to read about, and she has a terrific imagination. A light, but quite enjoyable read.

Cute, fast read.
