Totally loving Sick Boys series with Dean, Abel and Brax. Brax and Abel are amazing secondary characters that just add some more fun banter to the story. Once again Dean and the guys have their hands full with Avalon as she is having some issues that is a cause from book one. Does not help that Dean is over protective now. The angst is still good and many twists. Readers and characters really have no idea what the fathers are up too. Still do not know if I can trust Deans dad. Now got more questions dealing with her mom. Series must be read in order.

This is as long as the first book with the mystery still very much hidden, with tons of confusing feelings and with tons of dark fucked up things.

This is only the second book of the series and I'm hella ready for the mystery to be solved because there's just too much happening, too many people, too many people to access whether they're real or fake and too many judgements and desicions to make. As much twisted the story is, there are light elements present too and it's hilarious imagining the whole scene with a very pissed Ava or a very sassy Ava. 

Blood, sex, fucked up crazy shit and again sex, these are the ruling elements of this book and I can't say I'm not loving it. 
There are so many more people now involved and it's a risk to trust and ask for help.

Can we stop and just appreciate the strong dialogues and amazing metaphors. Holy shit, they're powerful as fuck and while reading the scene in full concentration, they make me wanna bow and cheer for Ava! Also, the number of highlights I have for this book is huge! So many small dialogues, sentences or phrases just waiting to be used as a teasers. 

In the romantic aspect, it wasn't easy for Dean and well, it's no surprise after what he did at the end of book 1. The love is real, the sex is raw, the fire is at its peak and the sparks are very much present. And "baby"?! Are you serious?!!! It's just too sweet I'm jealous. DEAN CARTER & AVA MANNING ARE MADE FOR EACH OTHER. 

Ignoring the part where I felt like the first half was a bit slow, this book is a total bomb!

The Sick Boys now have a Queen and they aren't meant to be messed with.
