Lumberjanes Vol. 4 Out Of Time
Reviews

im not a fan of the art style change, it's still good but the old one really grew on me and i loved it more :(( that being said i feel like this volume's story was lacking as well... idk if the writers changed but it was kinda off as a whole, i didn't enjoy it as much as the first two volumes

i am once again begging u to read lumberjanes IT'S SO GOOD I LOVED THIS VOLUME I LOVE JEN SHES SUCH A NERD

I LOVE THIS SO SO MUCH if you're looking for a quick funny read where girls go on adventures and do silly things look no further lumberjanes are amazing!!!
one of the most lovely things abt this is the art style :D it's very lively and it fits it so well and it's just really charming, i love the character designs, detailed background just EVERYTHING
i never enjoy a book if i dont like the characters. but here... all of the characters are so cool and interesting and unique and i love them all very much, especially jo!! and ripley!! they're just a bunch of girls doing fun stuff and i'd do anything just to experience this kind of camp KHSFH it's awesome

The little peak of lumberjane history was great and I can't wait for more

i struggled with the art style change

This volume was a little boring to me idk

Imagine if you will, a strong, wacky group of girls at summer camp where there is something supernatural afoot. http://pussreboots.com/blog/2017/comm...

Lumberjanes, Volume 2: Friendship to the Max by Noelle Stevenson is the second collected album. Jen realizing that her campers are not only safe and sound but are awesome heroes has decided that she wants to join them, rather than shelter them from whatever the next danger might be. http://pussreboots.com/blog/2017/comm...

I liked the attempts to get badges more than I did the alternate world parts. http://pussreboots.com/blog/2017/comm...

This was so much fun to read. A group of quirky girls who find themselves tangled in the middle of a mystery filled with three eyed animals. Enjoyable, cute and full of snarky characters. Loved it.

Super cute first volume! Loved the art style & especially loved the characters + their dynamics. Cute cute cute. Rated using the CAWPILE system :3

This was a cute graphic novel but it just wasn't necessarily my cup of tea. There were parts that had fun dialogue and funny puns but I felt that it was kind of jumbled. There wasn't any real overall plot in my opinion. You don't get much character background or development, at least in this volume. I found myself flipping back to pages because I would forget which character was which, and I would forget their names. I read Nimona and enjoyed that, but as for this series, I'm not sure that I will continue or not.

A super cute, super quick read. I didn’t realize this was going to have supernatural elements when I picked it up, but it was pretty fun regardless! It was a bit hard to follow at times because the plot definitely jumps all over the place, matching the frenetic energy of the group of lumberjanes. Didn’t realize Vol 1 was gonna leave me on a cliffhanger so I guess I’ll pick up vol 2!

The dialogue felt awkward. Other than that, not too bad.

This is a slight cheat as I read the first 8 issues when they were first released. Still, rereading them in one collection was wonderful. I love all the characters and the adventures they get into. The artwork is great and it's a heartwarming tale of friendship.

Such lovable characters and a sweet ambience to the story, can't wait to get the next one!

3.5/5 Me ha parecido súper tierno, me recuerda a Gravity Falls.

I don't have much to say about this book other than it was a really cute story. It is a graphic novel with an adorable art style. Although I could never figure out how old the characters were supposed to be, sometime they seemed like they were 11 or 12 and other times they seemed to be closer to 15 or 16. It could also be a mix of those ages, some could be 12 and others could be 15. I did really enjoy the book and the characters. I'm hoping that I can get ahold of the next volume soon so I can continue reading them.
