This was a cute little return to Lyra's world after the events of The Amber Spyglass. It was great fun to see how she and Pan are getting along in their new, and yet comfortingly familiars, life. I love the Oxford that Pullman crafted for Lyra, and it's an incredibly charming place to revisit.

I wish more series would do these little novellas, particularly one with pictures.

An excellent little tale which further adds to the development of Lyra and Pan's relationship and shows how they came to be in The Secret Commonwealth. The drawings are wonderful and learning more about this wonderful alternate world always leaves me wanting more.
