Fuzzy Computing Theory, Hardware, and Applications

The collection of contributions in this volume contains the unconventional mode of computing and presents the new notions and new theories based upon the most natural human reasoning, cognition and perception. Representing the first work in the field, the papers present new hardware and new applications based upon these new notions of fuzzy computing. This unconventional mode of computing is most likely to grow at an exponential rate in the years ahead. As evidenced by the contributions in this volume, many research institutions around the world are engaged in developing new theories and new hardware for fuzzy computing.
