Schmerzhaft
Absolut perfektes Buch für jeden der Interesse, an der griechischen Mythologie und Büchern mit viel Gefühl,hat Schon lange nicht mehr so emotional gewesen wegen eines Buches.

Since I am familiar with Greek mythology, I was familiar with the events and the story could not surprise me. In addition, I became increasingly disagreeable with Achilles, especially during the Trojan War. I liked the part with Chiron best.
I died a thousand deaths and as I write, there is still something to die for left.
I personally really didnt like the style of writing so this was hard to get through but the story was worth it
Unpopular opinion 😬Hmmm … ich habe mich so sehr auf das Buch gefreut und so viel davon erwartet aber leider konnte es nur teilweise erfüllt werden. Ich war stellenweise gelangweilt, das Ende hat es dann etwas besser gemacht aber trotzdem ist es kein Buch was mich wirklich berührt oder überzeugt hat

This is my new favorite book! I love how it's written, I love the characters and I love the plot. This book got me back into greek mythology and I can't wait to read "Circe" by the same author! Some events are predictable but still fun to read because of how it is written. Furthermore, it is nice that you don't need to have knowledge about greek mythology in order to understand the book. But it gives a brief overview about the trojan war.
Ich finde dieses Buch nicht so gut wie jeder es behauptet hat. Der Schreibstil hat mir nicht ganz so gut gefallen von der Geschichte, die Liebesbeziehung ist nicht so gut rüber gekommen wie jeder es angepriesen hat und weinen musste ich erst recht nicht. Ich konnte die Wandlung zwischen Achills "Ich töte auf jeden fall niemanden und erst recht nicht Hector" zu "Ich schlachte alles ab und vor allem Hector wenn ich ihn sehe"-Prinzip konnte ich nirgendwo nach voll ziehen. Die Liebesbeziehung war meiner Meinung nach grottig beschrieben und ich war froh als ich das Buch beendet hatte.
