I loved the chemistry between the two (along with the spice). But I felt like the pacing would speed up when they were together and then slow way down when they’d have to talk about what just happened separately with their family/friends. This seems to be Melanie’s style to include those moments but in my opinion it breaks the tension and gets repetitive. Overall still enjoyable. I definitely got invested & was rooting for them, loved their quiet moments together as well as the spice

A little after the beginning of the book had me kind of eh, and it's the reason for the rating. But once we started getting more of Millie and Zach, whew! HOT! These two LITERALLY couldn't keep their hands off each other. They'd glance at each other and hands were immediately touching body and lips would be fused together.

After the 85%, I was pretty much in tears and extremely emotional. It was so good!!!
