4 stars. buddy read This book was a LOT better than the first one. There was genuine hardship, secondary characters were in the spotlight, and the lack of fillers was great. There was always something happening, if not several things at the same time. I really enjoy Sophia and Lunis' relationship, and can't wait to adventure on to the third book.
