A good, relatively easy to understand introduction to Western Philosophy. While some philosophers are given very brief, cursory explanations (and others none at all), it does the job of giving a basic overview of the basic concepts of western philosophy. It is a starting point, complete with appendix of where to explore further.

Fun and enlightening read. Refreshed my understanding of basic concepts from topics like free will, God, evolution, consciousness, and decision making. Paperback from my local library; saw it on the Non-Fiction shelf.
