Fabulous Sci Fi Romance story! Rani has finally made it to the Guardians Team. But even in the future women have to work twice as hard a the men to get half the recognition! Most of the team support her, trust her and no she can kick ass with the best of them. But there is always that one male you'd like to see get sucked out of an airlock! When her crappy Sgt makes her stay behind on the ship during a mission, it turns into a good thing because her team has been captured and she is their only hope at rescue. She teams up with a charming and disarming alien but he may not be all that he seems. Tular walked away from his family and all their expectations. He has reinvented himself and is working behind the scenes to rescue the same prince that Rani and her team came to rescue. He is entranced by Rani, but he knows that she will not be happy when she finds out that he has been keeping a BIG secret from her! Great read but felt the story had so much more to offer and that it could have been fleshed out a bit more. Rani does seem to have a superman moment when Tular can't recognise her with just a few added enhancements! You'd think he'd be a bit ore observant and the way he seems to be hooked on Rani and then hit on her alter ego was a bit sketchy!
