This was such a great retelling!! Absolutely loved the idea of the Princess being the hero and not some damsel in distress!! Who says the princess can’t save the prince!!

I found this book didn't grab my attention. I expected the story would be based on the tale of Snow White; however, I thought it would be different to the traditional story - until the last few chapters, it was the same. I found the vocabulary in this book was a lot more advanced than the audience I would expect to enjoy this book.

Honestly was not one of my favourites from this series. I was not fan of how most of the "action " was left til almost the very end. There was not a huge twist like the others have. It was more like the movie with just the tad bit of change at the end.

The ending was too easily wrapped up, but the journey was great! I loved the backstory for the Evil Queen and just the full development of Snow White and the Prince. Also. THE MIRROR. What an amazing concept that the author decided to use to expand on its mysterious powers.
