As it is good to know / explore about other countries and their cultures, belief Systems, some of Swedes way of doing things match with Indian culture as well. 

       For example, when a group of friends meet they reach the house where they are going to meet very early and help in cooking. If the meet is outdoors in park / any other open space each family will bring one food items as their contribution. This at least is there in South of India. 

         The idea of reusing and recycling, carebon footprint are very far for crores of Indians.

This book is very light read and I have learned lot of new stuff from this. Forest / any type of water body / beach are too far for many people in "India" being large and populous country. Some of the stuff mentioned by author is very difficult to achieve in countries like India with great versatility of cultures and languages, faiths and many more, though not impossible. It is not very simple like in Sweden.

She mentioning about neighbours helping each other in book sounded to me as if she is from other planet. It is quite common in India.

this was a really nice read! ^_^ i love the lagom mindset. some of the concepts were very exclusive to first world countries, but i appreciated the whole idea of applying lagom in your personal context. thankful also that the book included lagom in the wider world.
