Nine Minutes
Reviews

I have no idea what I just read. Can not even label this book. I have seen this book around and read some amazing reviews and the blurb is well written. Just was not sure if it was for me because of the heroine age and the kidnapping plot. Took a chance since it was free and so happy I did. Beth Flynn is an amazing story teller. I grew to love and had a good connection with all the characters. I fell in love with Grizz and I am questioning my sanity. The best part of the story is Ginny. She is not a clumsy or whiney heroine. She made her life the best she could with what was dealt to her. The story has a dark and gritty vibe but is not overly done. Where there was darkness and some grittier moments there was also some sweet and sad moments. Once again I am questioning my sanity as I loved those grittier moments. Would not want to be on the other end of a mad Grizz. The lay out of the book and how certain scenes played out is what made it work for me with the heroine age. Nine Minutes is unpredictable with some twist I never saw coming. Thank goodness book 2 is already out because I need some answers.

I was going to give 3.5 stars in the middle of the book. But it was the last few chapters that change mind! Well written Beth Flynn!! You definitely deserved more than 5 stars!
