I liked it so much, It's so fun. I just don't like the fact that i have to wait for the next one, It's getting very intriguing.

The graphics aren’t really my style, but I liked the story and am really intrigued to find out what happens in the rest of the volumes.

A feminine kickass version of Gravity Falls meets Camp Lazlo. I definitely feel like I’m walking through the woods outside the Mystery Shack and encountering all kinds of crazy creatures but at the same time it gives me that nostalgic cartoon camp feeling from Camp Lazlo. It’s for sure a weird mix but I won’t be examining my analysis with any more depth. As for the characters, I do wish we got a little more of an in depth look to them to flesh them out a bit more. It was a fast read with a lot happening though so it’s somewhat understandable. Plus I do feel like I got enough sense of each character that they weren’t completely one dimensional. I just hope there’s more to build them up in the next books. The story was itself very exciting! It was fast and interesting enough to make me want to uncover the mystery and not get bored on the way there. And like I said, it was fast but still felt complete enough to end there while making me want to pick up the next one immediately. Kind of like a 30 minute tv episode. And I will absolutely be binging the rest of the series!

This is the most fun I’ve had reading a graphic novel in a while! When I read the intro, I rolled my eyes — the whole Lumberjanes creed didn’t sound AT ALL like me, or anything I could even remotely relate to. Then I met the characters, and realized it didn’t sound like them, either — these are not good little girls following their group leaders and looking at flowers, these are hilarious, kickass, somewhat rebellious smart little feminists, and they are A LOT of fun! I also loved how they kept naming remarkable (but somewhat under-recognized) women in history! Great way to sneak in a bit of knowledge. I am going to pass this straight on to my 11-year old daughter — it’s hard to come by a fun but also inspirational character for her age bracket, and I’m really glad to have found some here!

Great, quick read.

I do really enjoy this series and am excited that I get to read it through Kindle Unlimited right now and there are even more volumes available through Scribd, which I have for a month right now. SO I guess I might be reading quite a few volumes this month :).

Wasn't for me, however it seems to have a good story. More for the younger generation.

Such a cute graphic novel! It was very sweet and adventurous, I liked the art style and how all the girls had different qualities and characteristics that set them apart. There isn't any proper explanation of what is going on at this camp, but I think this is for the best, I like the mysterious atmosphere. I just wish it was much longer! This is a problem I have with most graphic novels, I love the idea and the art, but they are often too short and leave me wanting for more. So I can't wait to get into the rest of the series, I don't know when that will be but I hope soon!

** spoiler alert ** I would actually give this book a 2.5 ⭐️ to be honest it didn’t really feel like anything special I like the cutscenes that was done with the lumberjanes handbook but I feel like it just shouldn’t have randomly cut off in the middle of explaining each badge.
